A vastly superior facility with world class staff. The staff always makes the final difference at a facility and yours set a very high bar. Everything was truly wonderful and your staff is all excellent. We hope to be back soon. All staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of cleaning and attention to detail was also very fine. We enjoyed the majority of meals in the restaurant very much. One of the most relaxing holidays ever! The friendliest staff ever seen in a hotel with such standards with great cocktails. Variation in food (dinner menu) was good, excellent appearance of the food served (as well as quality of food). We had an outstanding honeymoon stay at Anse Chastanet. The whole staff has taken good care of us, thanks! The country band was great. The personnel are the best asset of the hotel. We planned this trip as our honeymoon and could not have had a better time. The staff were overly helpful and friendly as well as a few of the locals we met. I think the resort is top notch and was the perfect vacation for us. We will always remember Anse Chastanet and hope to be back soon! The resort is amazingly clean at all times. The food was amazing especially in the treetop and that’s where we spent most of our evenings towards the end of our stay. One of the things that prompted our booking was the facilities for snorkeling and trying new things. The ability to explore locally also appealed. We enjoyed our walks with Meno. The scuba staff is helpful and caring to beginners. Every member of hotel staff helpful and have a great time, the service in all aspect was excellent. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It was a fantastic New Year’s Eve party, food, music, design and everything: worth the whole visit. Meno’s tours are the best; he is terrific and loved dance music. I looked my room, loved the fish cakes and fried bread, the plantation ruins. NOVEMBER 2010 Everything was spectacular and there was not enough room to list all the extraordinary staff that went way above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Everybody at the resort is super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing and ready to help. Anse Chastanet has a great staff! Diving group was great and the dive master and boat captain were the best enjoyed every trip left here with new experiences of diving. The dive instructors/boat captains were very helpful and kept a watchful eye out felt safe and comfortable with them diving and friendly and courteous. All staff was fantastic. We love it here! Everything was wonderful and made our honeymoon a memorable occasion and we can’t wait to come back. Meno and Kerwin made our excursions a great time and we knew we had met wonderful people. The restaurant staff was all fabulous as well and the food was fantastic. The service everywhere was of the highest quality. We were very impressed. My stay at Anse Chastanet was idealistic (almost magical) we all felt as if we were transported to another realm –truly a fantastic little corner of the world. I didn’t meet a person that I wasn’t totally impressed by. I want to thank everyone (especially Angel) for helping to make my daughter and son-in-laws wedding and honeymoon a living fairy tail. All the staff was excellent and always smiling and helpful! Everything about the resort was great –the food was delicious, beaches were beautiful, service was excellent. The rooms themselves are gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay. The food and service was excellent and we were very pleasantly surprised. The beds are extremely comfortable. This was the best diving resort we have visited since we started diving over 15 years ago. Keither was an excellent dive guide and would find us interesting things to see on our dives. I really enjoyed our room. It was beautiful and memorable. Everyday was a joy to be there. The views and the shower were outstanding. I appreciated the upgrade for our 25th anniversary. A special trip made even better! All the staff was very friendly and made the stay so comfortable. A wonderful place which far exceeded our expectations. It really makes the beach stand out and look like first class. The attentions to details are amazing. It really makes Anse Chastanet stand out! A great variety of trips for people to choose from. It was very well run resort –we felt very comfortable and welcomed here. Our room had a lovely view. It was lovely to come back after 5 years and see same familiar faces, who welcomed us back very warmly. We had an amazing week. We are sure to return in the future. A very good and nice idea to congratulate to any anniversary, thank you! We enjoyed very much the tranquility within the resort, no animation and no loud music made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The service here is first class. The total romance package was impressive and there were no charges at the end that we did not expect. We love the food and service at the Jungle grill. The live entertainment and food and staff were top notch. Excellent service, fantastic staff, facilities and food. Thank you! The full Monty private dinner was lovely. Everything was incredible –the resort, our room with its amazing views –the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating! We will come again and most definitely recommend to our family and friends. We were concerned about the lack of AC but the gentle sea breeze and ceiling fans were all that was needed. For dinner we had the best service at the beach grill. Isolated, not busy yet big enough to feel private. The food was very good, diving and all trips were enjoyable. The people make your facility more inviting. They are all kind and thoughtful even down to the man sweeping the stairs, and always a sincere smile and hello. This really sets you apart. The food is the best thing about Anse Chastanet, or at least second to your outstanding staff. The reefs come in 3rd. I enjoyed Anse La Ray wall and Lesleen M, but then again, all the diving was awesome. We enjoyed our second trip to Anse Chastanet, just as much as the first. The resort, location and staff here are second to none. We will be looking forwards to coming back yet again. We would also like to mention Sherma for looking after us and checking on us as much as she did. She was extremely helpful and cares about her guests. I can think of no more amazing a honeymoon experience for my wife and me from the natural beauty of the hotel setting, to the incredibly friendly staff and the great options of activities. It has all exceeded our expectations. I have not one bad word to say about our entire stay and only wish we could have been here longer! Nevertheless, thank you Anse Chastanet for a most amazing and romantic first week of marriage. We had a great honeymoon and all of our employees made us feel very fine! We had a great time. We are on our honeymoon and this was the relaxing and romantic setting we wanted.
All of the staff here is so friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our time here! We really enjoyed the resort completely. Kristen my yoga teacher is the best yoga teacher in the world! I teach dance, aerobics, and all kinds of fitness classes in the UK so I have attended thousands of classes and I have been trained by world class teachers but Kristen is the best. I now love yoga. She is very good at teaching all abilities and ages in a challenging and safe way! The location of the class is amazing too and I like so you can listen to the sounds of nature. Everything was wonderful. You guys are so nice. We felt so special by your service and smiles. You are the special ones. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Drinks service was great. We had a wonderful time at Anse Chastanet. The service was amazing. I feel like the staff are part your friends and family. Everything was very good. I thought I had been to the best resort in the world but I can honestly say Anse Chastanet has surpassed all my expectations now in my favorite resort in the world. It was amazing. Although we only had 2 nights here I can’t praise you more. The staff and service was outstanding. My wife and I stayed here for our 7th wedding anniversary. We both can say, without question that this is an absolute gem of a hotel. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family and very friendly staff and great accommodations – a wonderful paradise. We will be back. It is very unique and pleasing resort with enormously charming staff. I liked everything just fine (I doubt you hear anything other ever). Special thanks to scuba instructor and cuisine and a great job! A great return trip. We were part of a large dive group and could not have asked for better service and experience. The crew and support staff was very attentive. The wait staff in all of the dining facilities were very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The support staff always greeted us with a “good morning” and waited for a reply which made us feel like they were happy. Room views spectacular staff and very friendly and many remembered us from prior visit. Everything was wonderful and staff was friendly and helpful and the food and room was excellent. Our stay from start to finish was fantastic, from the warm greeting upon arrival to the “Hellos” from passing staff on the walk to our room throughout the trip. The beach, rooms, bars, restrooms were clean at all times. We loved our room and the beaches were excellent. I loved dinner at Aspara and snorkeling was really fun. Kayaking was scary but Xavier kept us safe. I had a Dosha balancing massage and it was so relaxing. It is very relaxing, all staff was helpful, smiling – obviously well-trained. All facilities in room worked well. We have enjoyed every minute being here –staff really good and trips/tours well run and on time. All of the staffs were friendly, charming and extremely helpful. The standard of service was consistently excellent. This is a wonderful resort a blend of luxury and eco tourism. Is especially appreciated the care and concern of the staff to our needs. Excellent service and very friendly staff. A very nice place and service people working. It was great! All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The ladies at Jade Mountain spa were great the day of the wedding. The wedding and dinner after were just fabulous and the staff was wonderful in making sure that it was perfect and memorable. The top of Jade Mountain was a dream place for a wedding and a good job! Housekeeping was also very good. We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn’t have wished to stay at a better place. Not only was the hotel beautiful and romantic but there was plenty to do the 6 days we were here. We will always have beautiful memories of Anse Chastanet and St. Lucia. Your facility is magnificent. Every single staff person was the most pleasant accommodating and friendly I have ever encountered. I wish I knew all of their names. Jungle biking tour guide was excellent. He went above and beyond –a great experience. Victor was great –a very good instructor –very patient and kind. We absolutely loved our 1st scuba diving experience. Our morning housekeeper (don’t remember her name) was so friendly and she did a great job. All staff was very friendly. Great beach party – lighting and décor beautiful at night and also wine pairing chefs gourmet dinner. The entertainment was great and varied good mix. We had the time of our lives here on our honeymoon. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful –always there with a smiling face. This vacation could not have been any better. All facilities were exceptional! The staff was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. During my stay I was unfortunately ill but the staff noticed and supplied me with ginger tea and always had time to ask how I was feeling. A big thank you to the staff at breakfast. This is one of the most beautiful places I have been. The nature is without parallel. Don’t do anything –just keep it the way it is people come back for many reasons, but for the most is the unique beauty. The pristine beauty of nature.
Yoga was excellent with Kristen the yoga instructor who takes time out to explain the poses and challenges you to your limit. We found the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved our stay. We spent everyday at Anse Mamin, we loved the personal service, quiet beach and great snorkeling. Special thanks to Kerwin, a great trip. We loved Anse Mamin –Bentley, Stone man, Ray and the girls behind the bar were top notch. This is a beautiful resort, wonderful service and fantastic food. I truly feel rejuvenated. It will be hard to leave, but we will be able to smile at all the memories. We had a fantastic time and loved each member of the staff. We loved the orientation. Loved the majorities, sun, water and everything else! Housekeeping was very wonderful. The diving operator at the resort was the best we have used to date. Daytime was great – we had fun biking, kayaking, snorkeling, lunch at Anse Mamin, exploring Soufriere and yoga. The steel drum band was awesome. The room, bed and patio were all great! Lunch at Anse Mamin was perfect, we kayaked there and back and wow the food was so good. Exploring Soufriere was a ton of fun –thanks to Jungle for the ride. The staff was great, the place was great, and the food was great. The overall service of the facility is excellent. The staff and service here is exceptional. With a background in hospitality and food, it has been over whelmed from start to finish with the remarkable attention to detail. The menu at Apsara is very special. Thank you! Well earned reputation of a beautiful resort with world class service, amenities, and accommodations and not to mention garment food! The service in particular is incredible and the best we’ve experienced. The warmth of the staff here alone is enough to bring us back (as we’ve decided to return for our 1st anniversary trip). The staff was wonderful and the food was great and diving was spectacular, jazz cruise was a blast and spa staff was extremely good. The staff was very friendly, always willing to help, very engaging and made me feel like family! Everyone from manager to beach attendant to gardener went out of their way to make us feel special and make sure that any request was met. Our stay centered on a lot of diving and the staff or facility was one of the best we have encountered. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The pampering was amazing and we look forward to returning to Anse Chastanet! Everything was wonderful! The quality of food is better than 10 years ago – it was very good then, it’s now on a different level and wonderful. We have enjoyed the walks, biking and snorkeling –Meno is an insuring guide. The situation, natural environment and lack of TV/phone etc are what we have come for and thoroughly enjoyed. Several staff members in particular made us feel like more than just another tourist –they remembered things about us or the excursions/activities we had planned and asked about them later. Kayaking was very fun. Ty was very knowledgeable and a good teacher. Peter (Jean Paul) was cordial at all times. We really enjoy our return visit; however I come again at this time of year. We loved Meno’s walks again, always very interesting –as they were last time too. The service was excellent –very friendly. The overall experience is of a first class resort. We appreciate the calm, quiet, not spoilt nature of the resort. The staff is friendly and courteous, without being intrusive. I really liked the plantation tour with Meno. I loved how you spread out your beach so it isn’t so crammed in. We have been to many resorts, but this is now by far our favorite. It is a great location –views, beach, trees, and birds. The best food on any resort we have visited –thanks Jon! Our guide for the plantation tour was excellent, Meno but I think he should warn people that there is a difficult climb up the hill to the house. A lunch and dinner option would be great for the meal plan (in addition to breakfast and dinner and full meal plan). The service was excellent and very friendly. I loved all the people. Loved Charlie our driver to zip line. He did an excellent job! Loved the country western band, they were excellent. Desmond was excellent and interesting. Anse Chastanet is a jewel in the Caribbean! We loved your friendly and attentive resort. Your chef Jon and other cooks were truly talented. The food/meals were outstanding.
I would definitely come back. A great place! It was a fantastic natural beauty and wonderful staff in general especially Tyson, Kerwin, Octavia. We have stayed here three times and you have exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful. We loved our room. The food was great (a greater variety of salads would be appreciated. The warmness of the staff was exceptional. It is nice to come back and recognize and be recognized. If we were to design our own personal paradise experience –this is it! We have travelled all around the world and have never experienced a resort as wonderful as this! We had 3 treatments in the spa. All massage therapists were excellent. In general, the service was outstanding. The resort is a beautiful as we remember from our stay here 9 years ago. We came back because the resort offered great value. That was important to us. We would love to spend a few days at Jade Mountain on our next visit if expenses allow. We have especially enjoyed the food at Anse Chastanet with a wonderful variety of tastes and have loved “Indian” style and spices. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle services up to rooms and water shuttle to second beach was very efficient. I would like to return to the hotel. We have stayed at many “first class” hotels throughout the world but this one is simply the best. The customer centric approval of all staff has been second to none and really made our stay very special. The best dinner so far was in vegetarian “Emerald” –a great new gem in Anse Chastanet crown! I miss coconut rolls –breakfast and dinner breads –better than ever. As always so many small imaginative touches –like plants on terraces. All of the staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The country and western band was excellent! What a treat. We danced up a storm. Hard to get a schedule of week’s activities, found it at the end of stay at tour desk. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely come back. The people are amazing. We enjoyed learning about the culture and nature as well as activities. The food was generally delicious –unusual flavorful dishes, full of local produce. All service people, without exception were friendly, accommodating, efficient –perfect and there was great food! It was a relaxing and beautiful setting. Lunch at Anse Mamin was superb and plus love Anse Mamin beach. Spa treatment was very good. I would definitely come back, it is a great place! The members were helpful and they are always smiling. I just had to say a few words about the marvelous Chef, whose fabulous food made each dining experience delectable and delightful! When the Chef learned that I am a vegan, his face broke into an infectious grin (not my usual experience), and he proceeded to engage me in a lively conversation about the wonderful challenges and creativity in incorporating tofu in daily meals. His ability to juxtapose in just the right measure textures and flavors was fantastic, and we agreed that each soup and each salad and each entre was perfect in portion and perfectly delicious! The snorkeling is out of this world! Once again we have had a wonderful holiday –so many of you have been so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. This is our 10th visit. We were all able to relax and not have to worry about arranging dives or taxis or where we were going to have dinner –a real luxury. Our room was beyond amazing –although it was stiflingly hot even at night. We enjoyed sitting on our deck with our view of petit piton as well as amazing sunsets over the water. A great place -we will return and recommend to friends! The hotel continues to be a lovely natural place. We love the fact that there is no phone or TV in the room. All of the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. All the staff at the Dive Shop – all consistently professional, pleasant and safety conscious – an excellent dive facility. The water at airport reception a plus, mint face cloth at hotel reception a plus. I enjoyed Anse Mamin walk great idea for 2 beaches. Fruit for divers was an extra bonus. A quick and simple menu for dinner would be nice as an option along lines of lunch for a quick bar type dinner. The yoga was absolutely fantastic and Kristin is wonderful. The foods improved from last visit. A great room and love Anse Chastanet! The resort was all we hoped it to be – a perfect setting, great swimming/snorkeling and beach. We were expecting an octagon but when the door opened to 2C we thought we had died and gone to heaven. The food, service and nature were unbelievable in 2001 we returned to 12A and had another week of incredible memories. How on our third visit we did not expect this to be our favorite. Back in our old room (2C) how have you managed to improve on perfection! It still has the Caribbean charm we love so much but so much but so much better. We love all the new changes –robes, potted plants, even better and more varied food, whale watching, and better roads, art gallery etc. The scenery and staff haven’t changed that much although the staff don’t seem to age. It is also all the things Anse Chastanet doesn’t have that we love as well –TV, pool, constant music bashing and loud and drunken guests. One of the highlights for us was having the privilege to see the Shak Shak band. They are a St. Lucian treasure. Thank you so much for the special treatment. This has been our best vacation ever.
